These terms cover general website use only and remain subject to legal review. They are not a contract for event planning and do not replace a signed proposal or service agreement.

Website information

Website copy is provided for general information. Service availability, responsibilities, inclusions, staffing, hours on the event day, pricing, and vendor terms are controlled by the approved proposal and signed agreement.

No booking through a text

A text conversation does not reserve a date, create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or confirm a service. A vendor introduction does not create a partnership or recommendation.

Outside services

Vendors, venues, and linked services may have separate contracts, policies, pricing, licenses, and responsibilities. Those terms should be reviewed directly with the relevant provider.

Photography and intellectual property

The site uses a mix of licensed editorial photography and event media supplied to the studio. An event image does not by itself establish the planner’s scope, a vendor partnership, or an included service. Publication rights, credits, and permissions remain the responsibility of the applicable rights holder.

Governing terms and contact

Questions about the service agreement belong in the booking process. Website copy is not a substitute for the governing terms in a signed agreement.
